Routing put it in the subject line
- 01Billing Subscription, invoices, seats, cancelling. Cancelling does not need an email: it is two clicks in your account, with no sales call and no retention flow. Write only if something looks wrong.
- 02Product Questions, bugs, a link that resolved somewhere it should not have. Include the slug and roughly when it happened.
- 03Privacy and data Access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. Most of it you can do yourself from your account, and your click data exports as CSV or JSON whenever you ask. Write for anything the account will not do for you.
- 04Security Report a vulnerability or a suspected compromise to the same address. Say SECURITY in the subject line so it is not read as a support ticket.
- 05Abuse A ber.ee link pointing at malware, phishing or fraud. Send the full short link. Destinations like that are grounds for suspension.
